It delivers catering for a wide range of events, connects employers with hospitality professionals, and provides strong visibility for its volunteers and partner companies. Most services are offered free of charge, made possible through the commitment of its volunteer network. This network of top-tier chefs and hospitality professionals contributes their time and expertise, creating real impact while building a strong, purpose-driven community. STEP, a key PlusPoint initiative, is designed to address the labor shortage in the hospitality sector while elevating service standards across the industry. Planned to launch in early 2027, STEP aims to create lasting, meaningful impact from day one. Donations and revenues generated through PlusGastro’s activities are reinvested to build, develop, and scale STEP, with the aim of soon being able to pay salaries to its volunteers, creating a sustainable, long-term solution for the future of hospitality.
